Working with my dad in the refrigeration industry, I learned the ins and outs of the trade—everything from the technical skills needed to service and install systems, to the importance of customer satisfaction. My father instilled in me a deep respect for quality workmanship and an understanding of how vital reliable heating and cooling are to every home and business. Together, we faced the challenges of a rapidly changing industry, always striving to stay ahead of the curve by embracing new technologies and innovative solutions.

After 10 years of learning, growing, and honing my skills, I decided to take everything I had learned and start my own business. In 2014 I started my own business: Chilled Out Refrigeration and Air Conditioning LTD. My vision was to create a company that not only delivered top-of-the-line heating and cooling solutions, but also carried forward the values my father had taught me: integrity, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to our customers. My client base was made up of farmers and food companies who required industrial freezing and cooling systems on their premises.

For over 10 years, I proudly owned and operated Chilled Out Refrigeration and Air Conditioning LTD, where I specialised in delivering top-notch refrigeration and air conditioning services. During this time, I developed a deep understanding of the industry and built strong relationships with my customers, always striving to provide reliable, high-quality service.

However, as I watched the price of home energy bills continuing to rise, I became increasingly concerned about the impact on families and businesses and I realised that something needed to change. I saw an opportunity to make a real difference by helping people reduce their energy costs while also promoting sustainable practices. This inspiration led me to establish Eco Force Climate Solutions.

Drawing on my extensive experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, I’ve transitioned to focus on innovative, eco-friendly technologies that are not only better for the planet but also more cost- effective for you.
